35 years ago, Konami's Hideo Kojima designed and directed Metal Gear for the MSX home computer platform, kicking off a long-running series about global politics, paramilitary crises, and hiding inside cardboard boxes. While the series currently lies in limbo, the brand name persists to this day as several past releases have received glowing praise, so even with Kojima now heading his own studio, it's a safe bet Konami will look to cash in on the IP again soon.

Yet today is not about the future of Metal Gear but the past, as our host Jeremy Parish speaks to tactical espionage experts Shane Bettenhausen and Kat Bailey in order to rank all the games in the series so far. Which title will be declared the Andor of Metal Gear? How about the Better Call Saul of Metal Gear? Why will Jeremy utter the words "Twinks give it to me"? We've officially declassified this podcast so you can find out!

Description: Jeremy Parish, Kat Bailey, and Shane Bettenhausen connect via Codec to debate the ultimate truth of the entire Metal Gear saga: Which Metal Gear was best? Spanning the full history of the franchise, the canonical answer lies within!
