Retronauts Episode 365: The Mega Man Ranking Hootenanny

Turns out the Blue Bomber is weak to SCIENCE

Mega Man's been at it for over 30 years, fighting evil robots and saving humanity since 1987. Yet there is one challenge he has yet to overcome: His own games.

This week on Retronauts, Jeremy hosts Axe of the Blood God's Nadia Oxford as well as regular Retronauts contributors Stuart Gipp and Diamond Feit (hi!) to hammer out exactly which Mega Man games are the best and which ones are not the best—that doesn't mean they're the worst games ever made, but they're verifiably not as good as the ones at the top of our list.

I don't think longtime Mega Man fans will be surprised by which entry ends up as our top pick, but how will the rest of the games shake out? The only one way to find out is to listen!

Description: Jeremy Parish, Nadia Oxford, Diamond Feit, and Stuart Gipp all go to the mats to decide once and for all which Mega Man game is the greatest—definitively!—in the lowest-stakes knock-down drag-out opinion match you'll ever hear
