Retronauts Episode 660: Gaming's Chillest Snowscapes

Did you have a white Christmas? (Not a euphemism)

I'll be frank: I miss snow. I know it's no friend to commuters and in large amounts it can crush you in your house while you sleep but I grew up with regular, beautiful snowfalls and I just don't get those anymore where I live now.

Fortunately I do get video games where I live now and plenty of them have snow and ice and all manner of wintry weather inside. Host Nadia Oxford and guests Kat Bailey and Victor Hunter—all children of cold regions—share their memories of seeing chill sights in old games, reflect how low temperatures meant different things in different stories, and necessarily talk about Canada.

Description: Nadia Oxford joins Kat Bailey and Victor Hunter as they recall the best snow levels in retro games.
